
Let’s bake some Pumpkin Spice Bread with all the great Autumn flavors and cozy Fall smells!
Pumpkin Spice Bread
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
