It’s Fall Ya’ll! Time for Pumpkin Spice

 

Let’s bake some Pumpkin Spice Bread with all the great Autumn flavors and cozy Fall smells!

Pumpkin Spice Bread

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

2 large eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
