Jennifer Kate’s Kitchen offers physical products (including cookbooks, subscription boxes), digital content such as downloadable recipe cards.) These terms apply to all purchases made through our website.
Products and Orders:
We do our best to describe and display all products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product details at any time.
Pricing and payment:
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept secure payment through authorized payment processors. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
Shipping and Delivery:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped vi standard shipping methods unless otherwise specified. Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.
Subscription boxes are shipped according to the delivery schedule noted on each product page.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
– perishable or food related items
– digital downloads
– opened or used products
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, credit, or refund when appropriate.
Digital Downloads:
When purchasing digital products (ebooks or recipe cards), you are granted a non-xclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Subscription terms
By subscribing to the Let’s Cook box, you agree to be billed on a recurring monthly basis (monthly, quarterly, as chosen). You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for boxes that have already shipped.

All content on this site- including text, photos, designs and downloadable content – is the property of Jennifer Kate’s Kitchen and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.
