New Cookbook Coming Soon!

30 Minute Meals for Busy Cooks will be available soon.

Life is busy but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for takeout or boring meals.  I’m so excited to introduce my newest Cookbook, 30 Minute Meals for Busy Cooks!  This book is packed with quick, easy and delicious recipes that come together in just 30 minutes-without sacrificing flavor or quality.

Why This Cookbook?

As a busy cook myself, I know how challenging it can be to get a homemade meal on the table when time is limited.  That’s why I created this collection of simple, stress-free recipes that help you whip up flavorful dishes in no time.  Whether you’re cooking for your family, meal prepping for the week, or just looking for easy dinner solutions, this book is designed to make your life easier.

I have included a sample recipe below:

One Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin or ground beef, sliced into thin strips

2 tablespoons butter

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

2 cups beef broth

1 cup milk or heavy cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

8 oz egg noodles

1/2 cup sour cream

salt and pepper, to taste

fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Saute’ the beef: In a large pot or deep skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.  Add the beef strips (or ground beef) and season with salt and pepper.  Cook until browned, then remove an set aside.
  2. In the same pot add onions and mushrooms.  Cook for 3-5 minutes until softened.  Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Simmer the noodles:  Pour in beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.  Stir well.  Add the egg noodles and bring to a gentle simmer.  Cover and cook for 9-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
  4. Finish the Stroganoff:  Return the beef to the pot and stir in sour cream.  Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until warmed through.  Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Serve and Enjoy – garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

This one-pot meal is creamy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick and comforting meal!
