Ingredients:
4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
cup of powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting, fresh berries, and whipped cream for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease and flour four ramekins or a small baking dishes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in 30 second increments, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly until smooth.
